Products treated or made with epoxy resin and protected with polyurethane can also be made for outdoor use.

Our chessboards, chess pieces, and wooden elements are somewhat resistant to UV sunlight.

We use special protective preparations dedicated to wood for this purpose.

NOTICE!

If our chessboards are continuously exposed to intense sunlight, they may eventually discolor. This is a natural process that occurs in wood. Please note that leaving pieces in the same position for a long period may cause shadow imprints on the wood. To prevent this, we recommend moving the pieces on the chessboard. So, we encourage you to play and use the chess sets!

Our chess sets and chessboards are made to last for many years. Even in the event of mechanical damage, prolonged water exposure, discoloration, etc., there should be a method for professional repair. If necessary, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Mechanical damage to pieces in case of a fall is rare but can happen.

This is because they are made of natural wood with a non-uniform structure. If a piece falls and a part breaks off, you can glue the broken part using wood glue. Properly done gluing should not be visible. We also strive to ensure that pieces are available for purchase in our store.
